Donna Lassiter

Donna Lassiter joined the J.F. Smith Group in 2014 as the director of feasibility studies. In this role, she works with all aspects of the feasibility study process. Her duties include training the client prior to the study, monitoring each step to ensure a smooth course of action during the study, and overseeing the writing of the report after the study has been completed. Donna serves as the client’s feasibility study point of contact.

Prior to joining JFSG, Donna worked as a development officer for a private Christian academy where her responsibilities encompassed the management of a feasibility study and the resulting capital campaign.  Donna worked for many years with a major hotel corporation where she held positions of management in procurement and human resources.

Donna has held jobs requiring a range of skill sets to include office management, team building and supervision, staff development and training, policies and procedures manuals, report and document preparation, database management, records management, meeting and event planning, inventory management, and expense reduction.
