Before the feasibility study started, you had to identify your primary pool of prospects to interview. Each of them should have received an invitation informing them they may receive a call asking if they would participate and agree to an interview. However, not everyone will actually be interviewed due to either scheduling conflicts or you’ve run out of time. After completion of the feasibility study, everyone originally contacted should receive a feasibility study completion letter. This is an opportunity to thank everyone even if they weren’t interviewed, lets everyone know the study is complete, and provides key results of the study. It can also be an opportunity to review the study with them and cultivate them to later solicit donations towards the capital campaign.
