Termie Land, Head of School for Madison-Ridgeland Academy in Madison, MS, provides an update on the status of their recent capital campaign. He also gives a testimonial about his experience working with J.F. Smith Group. Termie has experience working with the JF Smith Group in two separate campaigns – one at Pillow Academy where they exceeded their goal of $3.5M, and now at Madison-Ridgeland Academy. The MRA campaign had a goal of $2,520,000 and exceeded $2,600,000. They were able to renovate both the elementary and kindergarten playground. They also added a much needed parking lot with 65 spaces and new storage building. Additionally, MRA turned their old cafeteria into an elementary enrichment facility. This new enrichment facility contains a STEM lab, computer lab, and multi-purpose room all for elementary students.
