Earlier this summer, Madison-Ridgeland Academy (MRA) finished work on their new playground for their elementary school. The new playground is just one of several projects planned in their Our Family Our Future Capital Campaign. It offers updated equipment, a cleaner play surface, and more area to play safely. Currently, they have raised in excess of $2,100,000, or 84% of the campaign goal amount, $2,520,000. Much of the early success of the campaign has been due to the hard work and efforts of Head of School Termie Land and Director of Advancement Leslie Dixon. Hopefully, they will soon be able to initiate improvements to the next phase of the campaign plans and begin work improving the traffic flow and improving the overall parking situation for families, alumni, fans, and visitors alike. Congratulations, and keep up the hard work!
