Steve Jankiewicz

Steve Jankiewicz joined the J.F. Smith Group in 2011 as director of client services. In this position, Steve is responsible for managing the technological aspects of the company and those needs of our clients, including website development and donor databases and electronic screenings. He is also involved with the mathematical side of JFSG, including calculations of campaign goals, analysis of campaign reports, and tracking of giving trends among our clients’ campaign donors. As director of client services, Steve has worked with more than 50 clients in at least one – but often more – of the aforementioned capacities.
In 2012, Steve was promoted to vice president of client services.

Prior to joining the J.F. Smith Group, Steve served as an account manager in the transportation industry for 10 years. His experience in management, training, operational design and administration has earned recognition by his seniors for administrative skills and a willingness to take on extra responsibilities.
Steve is a graduate of Auburn University, where he earned a B.S. in Aviation Management. He is currently enrolled in Jacksonville State University, where he is pursuing an M.P.A. degree.
