Megan Augustine

Megan Augustine serves as senior vice president of communications and publications for the J.F. Smith Group. In this role, she oversees the publications and marketing departments, ensuring that all printed materials effectively and accurately communicate the JFSG brand.
Serving a dual position, Megan also is the director of publications. She focuses on JFSG writing projects in this role, including feasibility study reports, campaign proposals and campaign newsletters. She has developed written documents for more than 75 clients since assuming the role of director of publications in 2008. Megan also assists Jerry F. Smith, president and CEO, with his book projects.

Megan joined the J.F. Smith Group in February of 2007 as the director of marketing. In this position, she was responsible for company development, including prospecting visits, speaking engagements, training seminars and more. She also worked with prospective clients in communicating the JFSG fund-raising process and philosophy.
Prior to joining JFSG, Megan worked in marketing and communications in various industries, including healthcare information technology, forensics and real estate. She is a graduate of the University of Missouri at Columbia, one of the top schools in the country, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in journalism with a 3.8 grade point average.
